About PinKenya
PinKenya is a Kenyan service for finding and booking care. You can see a doctor by video, at their clinic, or at home, ask for a nurse or carer to come to the house, and find a biomedical engineer to fix hospital equipment.
How it works
- You pick the provider and the time. Every doctor sets their own hours and fee. The fee is shown in shillings before you book.
- You pay by M-Pesa or card. Payment goes through Paystack. PinKenya adds 10% to the doctor's fee, and shows it before you pay.
- The doctor writes you a summary. After the consultation it appears on your booking: what they found, what to do, and any prescription.

Right now 16 doctors and other clinicians and 25 biomedical engineers are listed. Every one applied with their licence or membership documents, and PinKenya reviews them before they appear.
