Using PinKenya
PinKenya connects patients with verified hospitals, doctors, nurses and biomedical engineers. We coordinate the request; care itself is delivered by the provider you are matched with.
Not an emergency service
PinKenya is not for medical emergencies. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call emergency services immediately.
Bookings and payments
Providers set their own prices. PinKenya adds a platform fee shown before you pay. Payments are confirmed before a booking is finalised.
Provider obligations
Hospitals, doctors and biomedical engineers must keep their licences, NUBEK registration and profile details accurate and current. Listings may be suspended if they are not.
